When: the project also connects with the launch of the rainy class sewing project, and the idea was later conceptualized in 2022 as a social enterprise initiative that would come to solve two problems.

Why: One is to create job opportunity for the graduates of the rainy sewing project: and the second one is to enhance sustainability for the projects of oasis CBO. Some of the trainee sewers who graduates from the program could not afford a machine to start off a job on their own; therefore they resumes back home to wallow in their domestic stress and induced violence. An urgent solution was required to cater for the job gap thus the launch of the embroidery project.

Who: Currently the project has started with the acquisition of a two heads embroidery machine and training of three embroidery machine operators. Three women trainees are being oriented and introduced to the machine operations. However more beneficiaries are deemed to enroll in the project later as the project scales up.

Where: Oasis clothing social enterprise project is running at Kabiro community Centre in Nairobi.
